Card and bank payments are processed by third-party payment providers. USDT deposits are verified manually against the transaction hash and proof of payment you submit. Funds are credited only after verification. Submitting false or altered proof of payment is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
All investing carries risk. Returns described in any plan are targets and are not a guarantee of future performance. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review and to the minimum and maximum limits shown on the withdrawal page. Where a request cannot be processed, the amount is returned to your account balance.
You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any activity prohibited by law. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts and to withhold funds where we are legally required to do so.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crest-Point Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
